A Shakespeare retelling, a low page count, and high hopes — none of which Vinegar Girl managed to live up to. Despite its short length, the story felt sluggish, the characters forgettable, and the overall experience disappointingly bland.

A gentle, comforting story about grief, love, and the quiet ways books can help us heal. Tilly receives a year of carefully chosen books from her late fiancé to guide her through the first year without him, and what follows is a quietly beautiful story about loss, courage, and rediscovering life.

The Bookbinder’s Secret by A.D. Bell pulled me in from the very first page. A peek behind the scenes of a bookbinder’s world, with mystery, romance, and nostalgia—this cosy, cleverly constructed story is a delight, even if I figured out the twist early. A perfect read for book lovers.

A legendary lady-knight. A historian caught in time. The Everlasting is a stunning mix of historical fiction, fantasy, and romantasy that will make you laugh, cry, gasp—and never want it to end.

Witches, daemons, and fated mates sounded like the perfect spooky season read, but despite the strong premise, poor editing and heavy-handed erotic content made it impossible for me to finish. A story with potential, but ultimately not the right fit for me.

A thrilling YA adventure blending mystery, dystopia, and romance. Ariana’s journey through a magical book, loyal companions, and fast-paced twists kept me intrigued, despite a few layout distractions in the e-ARC.

If you’re looking for a romance novel that’s equal parts heart-warming and thrilling, Remain by Shyamalan is an absolute must-read. In this 5-star book review, I share my experience with the story, the unforgettable characters, and the emotional journey that kept me hooked from start to finish. Whether you’re a fan of tender romances or…

I’m spending the day turning pages of my current read – an ARC of Remain by Nicholas Sparks & M. Night Shyamalan, releasing 14th October. I’m 83% in and honestly… I’m LOVING it. 🖤 This one-of-a-kind novel blends Sparks’ heart-tugging romance with Shyamalan’s eerie, supernatural suspense. It follows Tate Donovan, a New York architect trying…
